Delivery Information

We only deliver within the UK mainland. Please allow upto 28 days for delivery, most goods delivered within 7-14 days. For other destinations we can deliver to the nearest, convenient UK port. Any further arrangements are the buyers responsibility. Most standard fires are delivered free of charge, however larger items incur additional packing/delivery cost.

To enable you to confirm the applicable delivery rate to your post code area, please click the  "Add to Basket"  box on your selected item [This will NOT commit you to purchase] then click on the  "estimate shipping"  box and simply enter your Post Code and Click  "update".  This will then show the delivery cost. If you wish to purchase you would then proceed to checkout.

The goods will be delivered to your premises at the safest convenient location. Delivery drivers as standard will not carry items upstairs. We recommend that you do not book a date for installation until the item has been delivered, as dates may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
